To participate in the Czech Republic Travel Trade Day 2019 please select one of the offered packages.

"All-inclusive" Package includes:

  • Transportation from Prague to České Budějovice on 8. 4. 2019 and back to Prague on 9. 4. 2019 
  • Participation in the workshop Czech Republic Travel Trade Day, 8. 4. 2019 (Note: 8 meetings will be selected by buyers)
  • Participation in the Evening reception at “Castle Riding Hall”, 8. 4. 2019
  • Participation in the workshop with CzechTourism foreign offices directors, 9. 4. 2019 
  • Coffee break and lunch within the program 8. – 9. 4. 2019 
  • Accommodation in Clarion Congress Hotel České Budějovice on 8. 4. 2019 (SGL room incl. breakfast)

Registration fee: CZK 15 000,- including VAT

"Basic" Package includes:

  • Transportation from Prague to České Budějovice on 8. 4. 2019 and back to Prague on 9. 4. 2019 
  • Participation in the workshop Czech Republic Travel Trade Day, 8. 4. 2019 (Note: 8 meetings will be selected by buyers)

"Mini" Package includes:

  • Participation in the workshop Czech Republic Travel Trade Day, 8. 4. 2019 (Note: 8 meetings will be selected by buyers)
  • Coffee break and lunch within the program on 8. 4. 2019 

Registration fee: CZK 8 000,- incl. VAT
Number of "Mini" Packages: 20

Booking terms and conditions:

  • Due to limited capacity of the event only 1 person (only the company representative stated as the first participant) will be allowed to participate in the event per 1 registration (1 package). Participation of more representatives of the same company is subject to their own individual registration and package reservation.
  • The participant is obliged to respect and comply with the times of the individual parts of the program.
  • It is possible to cancel participation or change the package free of charge until 22. 2. 2019, 2 p.m. For the cancellation of the participation in the event after this deadline, CzechTourism will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the registration fee.
  • Participants can select and modify their B2B meetings with buyers in the period of 18. – 27. 3. 2019
  • Invoices will be issued and sent out after the Registration deadline on 1. 3. 2019 electronically to the email address indicated by the Czech participant in the system. Invoicing will be done by CzechTourism contracting partner on behalf of CzechTourism.
  • The registered participant is responsible for the accuracy of all of the provided details.
  • The participant is obliged to pay the invoice within 14 days after they have received it.
  • By registering for the event, the participant confirms his/her acceptance of the terms and conditions above.
  • By registering for the event the participant confirms that he/she agrees with the publication of his/her company profile including the contact details in Travel Trade Day section on the CzechTourism website, under the “Suppliers” section in this on-line platform for Travel Trade Day registration and in the printed event catalogue.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

STEP 1: Registration/login to the system

First registration:

To register in the system, please fill in all the required fields marked with *
Once you have filled in the details and the registration has been confirmed, you will receive an email (sent to the address provided by you) with a link for final confirmation.
By clicking on this link, the registration will be activated.
Refresh the website (or close and open your browser again) and log in with your login details (email, password). Then follow the steps for registered users.

Registered users:
Log in to the system with your login details (email, password).
Fill in the required fields marked with *
Fill in/check the company profile in English (approx. 600 - 800 characters). Your company profile will be published in the "Suppliers" section and will be available to international buyers for the selection of preferred Czech suppliers for their B2B meetings. Note: Buyers select 8 meetings with Czech suppliers; Czech participants select 13 meetings with buyers. Booking of all meetings is based on a first come, first served basis.
Check/update the details of the company representative taking part in the event (Box: "1stParticipant"). Participant badges will be generated after the registration deadline based on provided details.

  

STEP 2: Package booking Book one of the offered packages by selecting: "All inclusive" or "Basic"  or "Mini" and provide your billing details
Fill in the details about your participation in the program - your preferences about transportation on 8. – 9. 4. 2019 to/from České Budějovice.

STEP 3: B2B meetings booking 

1) Workshop with international buyers (8. 4. 2019)
Book meetings with preferred international buyers at specific time slots. The maximum number of meetings is 13.

2) Workshop with directors of CzechTourism foreign offices (9. 4. 2019)
Book meetings with Directors of CzechTourism foreign offices on preferred markets at specific time slots. The maximum number of meetings is 8 (depending upon the capacity). 

PLEASE NOTE: The list of all selected meetings is placed in the top-right corner below your login details ("List of reservations"). The individual bookings will line up one after another in accordance to the times of the meetings.

Selected B2B meetings with buyers and CzechTourism directors can be cancelled or modified depending on the availability until the deadline of 27. 3. 2019 at 3 pm.

It is possible to cancel the meetings from the “List of reservations” by clicking on the “DETAIL” button next to the selected reservation.

STEP 4: Printing of the B2B meetings summary. The final list of your meetings can be printed out in the “List of reservations” after entering the system at any time.
