How to book a meetings on Workshop with CzechTourism foreign offices directors (31. 3. 2020)

1. Book your meetings with preferred foreign offices directors at specific time slots. The maximum number of meetings is 8. Booking of all meetings is based on a first come, first served basis.
2. Selected B2B meetings can be cancelled or modified depending on the availability until the deadline of 16. 3. 2020 at 10 am. The list of all selected meetings is placed in the top-right corner below your login details and in the menu (Open List of reservations).

Dear business partners,

Based on today’s decision of the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic we are very sorry to inform you that the Czech Republic Travel Trade Day, an annual incoming workshop which was to take place on 30^th and 31^st March 2020 in Karlovy Vary, has been cancelled due to the current situation with the COVID-19 virus.

We deeply apologise for all the inconveniences and would like to inform you that the enrolment fees will not be charged.

We look forward to cooperating with you in the future on incoming tourism development projects organised by the CzechTourism agency.
